Gill Walt... un merecido tributo.

Acaba de salir la edición de setiembre (Número 5, Volumen 23) de la revista Health Policy and Planning, prestigiosa publicación de consulta obligatoria para cualquiera que esté vinculado al tema de las políticas de salud.

Este número, sin embargo, es de colección. Está dedicado completamente a la doctora Gill Walt, profesora de Política de Salud Internacional de la Unidad de Política de Salud de la London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine de la Universidad de Londres y autora de extraordinarios e indispensables libros de consulta en la especialidad: Health Policy: An Introduction to Process and Power y Making Health Policy (este último en co-autoría con Kent Buse y Nicholas Mays).

Además, incluye varios artículos de acceso gratuito, entre ellos uno de particular relevancia: 'Doing' health policy analysis: methodological and conceptual reflections and challenges, escrito por la propia Dra. Walt. Pero no solo está la Dra. Walt, si no que otros destacados autores participan en esta publicación. Por ejemplo, profesores de altísima calidad como el propio Dr. Buse y la Doctora Lucy Gilson.
